technologies, as detailed in the “Cookies and Data Collection Tools” section below. It is
stored by us and associated with your account.
2. How We Get Data About You
We use tools like cookies, web beacons, analytics services, your device’s location
services, and geolocation providers to gather the data listed above. Some of these tools

2.1 Cookies and Data Collection Tools
KeepSafe 911, Inc and service providers acting on our behalf
(like Google Analytics) use server log files and automated data collection tools like
cookies, tags, scripts, customized links, device or browser fingerprints, and web beacons
(together, Data Collection Tools”) when you access and use the Services. These Data
Collection Tools automatically track and collect certain System Data and Usage Data (as
detailed in Section 1) when you use the Services. In some cases, we tie data gathered
through those Data Collection Tools to other data that we collect as described in this
Privacy Policy.
We use cookies (small files that websites send to your device to uniquely identify
your browser or device or to store data in your browser) for things like analyzing your use

KeepSafe 911, Inc. mobile app uses your
device’s location services to determine your exact location. When you first use the App,
your device will give you the option to allow the App to access location services. If you
allow the App to access location services, it will track and collect your location, and may
use location data it collects to alert other users you designate with your location or when
you leave or enter a predefined area. You can disable location services or revoke the
App’s permission to use location services and collect location data at any time from your
device’s settings. If you do not allow the App to use location services, KeepSafe 911, Inc
Mobile app will not be able to provide you the Services until you provide it access to your
location data.
2.3 Analytics
We use third-party browser and mobile analytics services like Google Analytics.
These services use Data Collection Tools to help us analyze your use of the Services,
including information like the third-party website you arrive from, how often you visit,
events within the Services, usage and performance data, and your purchasing behavior.
We use this data to improve the Services, better understand how the Services perform,
and provide information that may be of interest to you.
3. What We Use Your Data For
We use your data to do things like provide our Services, communicate with you,
troubleshoot issues, secure against fraud and abuse, improve and update our Services
and product offerings, analyze how people use our Services, serve personalized
advertising, and as required by law or necessary for safety and integrity.

We share certain data about you with our payment processors (e.g. PayPal,
ApplePay, and banks). One of the Services KeepSafe 911, Inc Mobile app provides is
sharing your location information with another user that you designate or give permission
to see your location. We may also share your data as needed for security, legal
compliance, or as part of a corporate restructuring. Lastly, we can share data in other
ways if we get your consent.
We may share your data with third parties under the following circumstances or as
otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents: We share your data with
third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, like payment
processing, geolocation, email and hosting services, and customer services
and support. These service providers may access your personal data and are
required to use it solely as we direct, to provide our requested service.
With Other Users: When you create your user profile, you can either create an
Account Holder profile or add yourself as a User to an Existing Account. If you
are a User, we will share your information, including location data, current
location, and location history, with the Account Holder of your Account.
With Analytics and Data Enrichment Services: As part of our use of third-party
analytics tools like Google Analytics and data enrichment services, we share
certain contact information, Account Data, System Data, Usage Data (as
detailed in Section 1), or de-identified data as needed. De-identified data
means data where we’ve removed things like your name and email address
and replaced it with a token ID. This allows these providers to provide analytics
services or match your data with publicly-available database information
(including contact and social information from other sources). We do this to
communicate with you in a more effective and customized manner.
For Security and Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data to third parties
if we (in our sole discretion) have a good faith belief that the disclosure is:

During a Change in Control: If KeepSafe 911, Inc. and
KeepSafe 911, Inc mobile app undergoes a business transaction like a merger,

data to the successor organization during such transition or in contemplation of
a transition (including during due diligence).

password with any third party, and if you believe your password or account has been
compromised, you should change it immediately and contact with

Account Holders can update or terminate their Accounts and associated Users from within
our Services, and you can also contact us for individual rights requests about your

their underage child should contact us for help deleting that information.

You can choose not to provide certain data to us, but you may not be able to use
certain features of the Services.

headquartered in New York, and in order to provide the Services to you we must transfer
your data to the United States and process it there as well as in the United States. By
visiting or using our Services, you consent to storage of your data on servers located
inside and outside the United States. If you are using the Services from outside the United
States, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in and to the
United States or other countries. Specifically, personal data collected in Switzerland and
the European Economic Area (“EEA”) is transferred and stored outside those areas.
That data is also processed outside of Switzerland and the EEA by our service
providers, including to process transactions, facilitate payments, and provide support

the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its
receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and
extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you
do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or
electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable
consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we
cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a
format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you
to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless
it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request
warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost
estimate before completing your request.
No Sale of Personal Information
We do not currently sell any personal information (including personal information of users
we actually know are less than 21 years of age).
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless
permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
Deny you goods or services.
Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting
discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different
level or quality of goods or services.
However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can
result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive
we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information's value and contain written
terms that describe the program's material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive
program requires your prior opt in consent, which you may revoke at any time.
